Job Summary

Lead end-to-end, customer-facing deployments of agentic AI solutions for enterprise accounts. Define customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap through workshops and architecture sessions spanning Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems. Own engagement timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and measurable adoption and consumption outcomes. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver real customer value, while also providing product feedback to shape Salesforce’s Agentic AI roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume, owning outcomes at every stage.
•Define customer Agentic AI strategy and roadmap, including design workshops, agent design sessions, and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
•Manage deployment delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and synthesize field insights into product feedback.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery/programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of one or more programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
