Job Summary

Build and ship fullstack features for Data Products that ingest, model, and sync GitLab and third-party development lifecycle data into a knowledge graph. Work across frontend, backend, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver dashboards and integrations (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow) with secure, reliable, high-performance performance. Partner with Senior and Staff Engineers through design and code reviews, unblock risks early, and improve delivery velocity in an async-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop well-scoped features for ingesting, modeling, and syncing data into the knowledge graph to meet freshness, reliability, and coverage goals.
•Build integration components with external systems (including Jira, observability tools, Zendesk, and ServiceNow) to improve business context completeness and freshness.
•Create features for Software Engineering Intelligence dashboards, including DORA and value stream reporting, ensuring accuracy, performance, and coverage.
•Contribute to design discussions and technical direction for your features, helping deliver secure, reliable, performant solutions on schedule.
•Participate in design and code reviews, raise risks early, and work to unblock delivery milestones while improving code quality and maintainability.
