Job Summary

Own and continuously improve the Retail and B2B e-commerce apps across the Choithrams region. Partner with IT, marketing, finance, and operations to enhance UI/UX (navigation, search, product pages, checkout), coordinate requirements and testing, and execute e-commerce campaigns and promotions. Use data and dashboards to spot customer behavior trends, drive optimizations, and support weekly reporting on sales, conversion, retention, and top categories.

Key Responsibilities

•Support ongoing improvement of the Choithrams Retail e-commerce app (UAE, Bahrain & Qatar) and B2B e-commerce app.
•Enhance UI/UX across key flows including navigation, search, product pages, and checkout.
•Coordinate requirements and testing with IT/developers for digital changes.
•Work with marketing to execute e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and related initiatives.
•Use data and dashboards to identify customer behavior trends and propose improvements; support weekly reporting on sales, conversion, retention, and top categories.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, retail, or FMCG.
•Comfortable working with data using Excel/Google Sheets; dashboards are a plus.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to own tasks end-to-end.
•Good understanding of UI/UX and the customer journey.
•Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally; Arabic speaking is a plus.
