Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and articulate value propositions and narratives that drive adoption across internal and external personas.
  • •Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate adoption of new buying programs and enable sales teams and partners.
  • •Lead strategic retirement and end-of-sale processes for legacy programs, including transition roadmaps and customer migration plans.
  • •Deliver capabilities, tools, and frameworks to scale new programs and support systematic sunsetting of outdated offerings.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product; establish feedback loops with sales teams, channel partners, and customers to refine program design and roadmap priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • •10+ years of experience in commercial strategy and design for AI, SaaS, Enterprise License business models, program management, or sales operations in a technology or B2B environment.
  • •Expertise designing commercial business models, including Enterprise agreements, whole portfolio agreements, SaaS, and AI product monetization.
