Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning communication cadence and overall client experience.
•Own account status updates, project flow, and follow-through.
•Keep Asana clear, current, and useful.
•Coordinate priorities and deliverables across strategy, design, development, and Klaviyo work.
•Surface risks, deadlines, dependencies, and tradeoffs early while protecting team capacity and client trust during peak season.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of account or project management experience in an agency working with Klaviyo.
•Strong client-facing communication, follow-through, and project ownership, including leading client calls.
•Organized, detail-oriented, calm, and resourceful in fast-moving work.
•Comfort coordinating strategists, copywriters, designers, developers, and clients.
•Practical judgment around scope, timelines, priorities, and client experience.
