Job Summary

Join the High School team as an IB Core/Theory of Knowledge (TOK) Teacher starting August 2026, delivering engaging TOK lessons aligned to the school curriculum. You’ll develop and implement effective teaching strategies, differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture. You’ll also support continuity of curriculum delivery and maintain open communication with parents through conferences.

•Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent (e.g., Philosophy, Social Sciences, Humanities, Education).
•Proven experience teaching IB TOK at high school level, preferably in an American/IB curriculum school.
•Strong knowledge of inquiry-based learning and hands-on IB TOK education.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
•Strong desire to continually improve teaching practice and deliver outstanding learning experiences.
