Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and follow up back-office customer services, including customer contact, complaints handling, reservations, personalized orders, and repair requests.
  • •Set up follow-up routines and ensure quality of service follow-up for all service-related operations.
  • •Monitor performance metrics for reservations and customer requests, and track lead times across the aftersales and repair lifecycle.
  • •Run internal control responsibilities including till opening/closing controls, cash remittances, and review/comment on till operation reports.
  • •Support store administration including staff rota planning, uniform allocation, office supplies coordination, and day-to-day maintenance and security coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Experience managing customer service follow-up processes, including handling complaints and customer requests.
  • •Ability to ensure accurate till controls, cash remittances, and review of till-related reports.
  • •Comfort supporting stock control by reviewing and correcting negative stocks or stock discrepancies.
  • •Knowledge of internal procedures with the ability to train staff on service-related processes and digital tools.
