Job Summary

Own the global training program for autonomous vehicle validation drivers and in-market supervisory teams, setting safety and certification quality as non-negotiable standards. Build and continuously iterate curriculum, assessments, and feedback loops across markets. Plan capacity, milestones, and launch readiness, align stakeholders across Safety and Operations, and audit local programs. Personally deliver Train-the-Trainer and certify new markets’ first teams before launch.

Key Responsibilities

•Own training quality as the core KPI, ensuring certification integrity and driving continuous improvement across markets.
•Manage curriculum, assessment frameworks, and certification standards; establish feedback loops to evolve the global program.
•Personally deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and certify the first team in new markets before launch.
•Drive training roadmap execution: capacity, sequencing, milestone planning, and escalation when launches deviate.
•Audit local training programs and partner with Safety and Operations to identify gaps, assess risks, and evolve the curriculum programmatically.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; a program management certification (PMI-PgMP, PMP, or CPTM) is preferred or equivalent experience.
•3–5 years in AV operations or AV training, with experience building, scaling, running, or delivering training programs.
•A programmatic mindset to map dependencies, anticipate risks, and drive cross-functional roadmaps without formal authority.
•Experience training/coaching/mentoring validation and safety drivers, ideally including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and multi-site standardization work.
•A strong safety-first track record balancing safety and operations, plus ability to design curriculum and assess program effectiveness through audits.
