Job Summary

Drive execution of multiple projects for Ingersoll Rand ETO Rotary Orders, ensuring customer order requirements are met and continuous improvement opportunities are delivered. Partner with Project Management, Design Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing to align technical scope via discussions and kick-off meetings. Lead vendor alignment and manage contractual documentation, participate in technical reviews, and support proposal/troubleshooting as needed. Serve as a customer-facing technical liaison across complex projects.

•Lead and guide execution of multiple projects, including main item selection and vendor technical alignment, and manage contractual documentation with customers.
•Coordinate supporting engineering functions such as Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering.
•Conduct or participate in technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, and standards.
•Manage priorities and make critical decisions aligned with business objectives while exercising good judgment.
•Attend internal and external kick-off meetings, manage customer communications, and contribute to scope alignment through technical discussions.

Key Requirements

•Competency in industrial machinery and project management, including industrial equipment specifications and documentation workflows.
•Basic familiarity with compressor subsystems (gearbox, lubrication system, intercoolers, controls, accessories).
•Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with coworkers, suppliers, and customers.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (SAP/Winchill knowledge is a plus).
•BS degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering discipline); relevant experience in the compression industry.
