Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute end-to-end category strategies for raw materials, indirect services, and subcontractors, using Total Cost of Ownership and long-term value analysis.
  • •Identify workflow inefficiencies and design/implement leaner, faster P2P cycles to improve organizational agility.
  • •Build and maintain procurement dashboards using Google Sheets (Power Query/Pivot) or Power BI, and apply Generative AI for market intelligence, contract analysis, and automated reporting.
  • •Manage the procurement lifecycle and accountability for results, from stakeholder requirements to vendor performance, including contract and critical spare parts sourcing.
  • •Protect Contribution Margins and plant continuity by managing supplier rate-change requests and logistics disruptions, and perform Function vs. Cost and should-cost modeling with cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in procurement, including at least 3 years in a senior or strategic capacity with mandatory UAE market experience.
  • •Expert-level Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling) and deep familiarity with ERP systems.
  • •Strong digital mindset with interest/experience in AI transformation, predictive analytics, and process automation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering.
  • •Professional certification (CIPS Level 4/5 or CPSM) preferred, plus strong negotiation and influence skills.
