Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for premium audio products from concept through production
  • •Create and maintain 3D CAD models, drawings, and documentation to support product development
  • •Collaborate with industrial design, electrical engineering, acoustics, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure design intent, quality, DFM and DFA to enable smooth transition from prototype to production
  • •Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities, including troubleshooting and design iteration
  • •Conduct tolerance analysis, material selection, and thermal/mechanical performance evaluations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • •3–7 years of mechanical design experience in consumer electronics or a related industry, preferably in electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environments
  • •Proficiency in 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent) and 2D CAD tools (e.g., Cadra or equivalent)
  • •Experience releasing parts to production and supporting manufacturing builds
  • •Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, process control, mechanical fundamentals, and failure analysis
