  • •Commitment to safety and working with safety leaders on JDA’s and JSA’s, including LOTO knowledge and machine audits.
  • •Post high school education is required.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, hold employees accountable, and provide daily feedback and employee reviews.
  • •Proficiency with Inside UFPI and tools such as Citrix, plus knowledge of the Precise Plant Quality Program and continuous improvement (5S, TPM).
