Key Responsibilities

  • •Concept, storyboard, design, and animate 2D and 3D motion assets for TV, Digital OOH, Paid Social, and YouTube.
  • •Evolve and maintain global motion design guidelines; build reusable templates, workflows, and asset libraries.
  • •Leverage AI tools to optimize production speed while maintaining brand aesthetic and creative standards.
  • •Partner with creative and brand leads to present work to stakeholders and guide junior designers and freelancers.

  • •5+ years of dedicated motion design experience with a strong portfolio showing excellence in both 2D and 3D execution.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build production pipelines, style frameworks, and scalable workflows for high-volume content.
  • •Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Figma, and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating AI-assisted animation, editing, or image-generation tools into creative workflows.
  • •Exceptional eye for rhythm and pacing with strong sensitivity to brand context and stakeholder feedback.
