Key Responsibilities

•Build and own core product features that power thousands of AI agents running in parallel to solve real logistics problems
•Act as the connective tissue between engineering and customers, translating real business needs into reliable, scalable software
•Design and implement data pipelines and backend systems built to grow from hundreds to millions of users
•Ship end-to-end features in a SaaS environment where customers see the impact quickly
•Collaborate with the engineering team on architecture, product decisions, and technical direction

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of backend or full-stack experience with a track record of owning product surfaces or infrastructure (Mid); 6+ years with deeper architectural ownership and a focus on system quality and long-term maintainability (Senior)
•Strong backend and systems engineering fundamentals
•Experience owning core product or infrastructure in a SaaS or platform environment
•Someone who thinks about reliability, performance, and architecture, not just shipping
•Excited to be in the office 5 days a week in SF's Financial District or our NYC satellite office (onsite)
