Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of high-impact rider misconduct behaviors end-to-end, including measurement, baseline prevalence, root-cause analysis, and identifying levers to reduce it.
•Design and tune detection rules and enforcement thresholds, and manage country-by-country rollout of changes across the region.
•Run the enforcement operating loop with periodic enforcement waves, tracking worst offenders, false-positive review, per-country performance tracking, and re-tuning.
•Document end-to-end detection and enforcement flows for each managed behavior, identifying gaps, broken handoffs, and redundancies and proposing fixes.
•Own tooling and operational hygiene including workflow automation, tracker maintenance, and the infrastructure that keeps detection and enforcement systems running.

Key Requirements

•4 to 6 years in Trust and Safety, Fraud and Risk, Marketplace Operations, or Logistics Operations Analytics in tech-enabled or multi-market environments.
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, economics or equivalent practical experience.
•Track record in behavioral fraud detection, rule-based design, gig-economy fleet operations, or large-scale anti-abuse programs.
•Strong SQL fluency (BigQuery a plus) plus ability to build dashboards and write lightweight Python for automation.
•Comfort owning end-to-end problem solving: measurement, root-cause analysis, solution design, execution, and re-measurement of impact.
