Transportation Management Center (TMC) Operations Manager

Manage day-to-day operations of a Transportation Management Center, ensuring activities follow client SOPs, protocols, and industry standards. Lead and schedule operations staff across shifts, coordinate incident management and interagency efforts, and support dispatch operations with Tennessee DOT and motorist assist providers. Oversee operator training, certification materials, performance measures reporting, and office personnel evaluation while supporting public relations activities for the operations center.
