Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Learning and Change journey for AI and Data initiatives.
  • •Manage upskilling sessions in the Learning Management System (SuccessFactors) and coordinate training schedules and materials.
  • •Help develop and execute communication plans, drafting/refining communication materials and building presentations for different audiences.
  • •Create knowledge-management content for AI and Data topics for intranet channels (blog articles, emails, updates).
  • •Support promotion/integration of generative AI tools and help gather/analyze data to measure change initiative effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a university program (ideally Business Administration, Economics, Data science, or related).
  • •Strong interest in AI, Data and Change Management.

  • •Very good communication skills in English and German, written and verbal.
  • •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
