Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Serve as a trusted commercial business and operations partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams and local leadership to drive business growth.
  • •Provide variance analysis and performance reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Develop financial models and scenario planning to guide business strategies and resource allocation.
  • •Own monthly management reporting and month-end cost reporting; improve finance operations and lead internal/external audits while coaching and developing team members.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA in Finance or Accounting.
  • •7+ years working experience at a multinational company in full set accounting/finance budgeting/forecasting.
  • •Strong knowledge of Taiwan tax regulations, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and local statutory requirements.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP ERP financial modules (FI/CO).
  • •Proficient in Excel and BI/reporting tools for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
