Job Summary

Lead self-service cloud growth by driving human and agent onboarding, trial activation, and product adoption. Own the vision and roadmap spanning onboarding/trial experience, activation and churn analysis, and engagement analytics with email nurturing. Partner with engineering leads and downstream teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to align flows and improve retention, while collaborating with Sales and Marketing and enabling native integrations with third-party developer platforms.

•Define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, including onboarding and trial experience, adoption, trial activation, churn analysis, engagement analytics, and email nurturing.

•Collaborate with downstream solution teams (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) to understand onboarding and trial experiences.
•Drive technical decision-making across onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention of self-service customers.
•Interface with customers and trial users to gather feedback and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on positioning and brand awareness.
