Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
  • •Interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
  • •Improve system performance to meet process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
  • •Monitor and analyze related equipment data to maintain tool performance and address tool-related issues.
  • •Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
  • •2 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
  • •Flexible to work day or night shift with one weekend shift and holidays.
  • •Preferred: epitaxy system maintenance experience (E3200, E2000, or Intrepid) with atmospheric and RP process types.
