Job Summary

Maintain and improve epitaxy manufacturing equipment at the fab by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and installations. Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to diagnose and resolve tool issues efficiently. Monitor and analyze equipment data to improve system performance, coordinate supplier service when needed, and produce technical reports with recommended solutions to recurring problems.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment improvements, equipment upgrades, and equipment installation.
•Interface with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure issues are solved appropriately and efficiently.
•Improve system performance to meet process requirements and eliminate repetitive downtime.
•Monitor and analyze related equipment data to maintain tool performance and address tool-related issues.
•Coordinate supplier service and repairs when needed and prepare technical reports with recommended solutions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
•2 years of semiconductor technician experience OR 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
•Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
•Flexible to work day or night shift with one weekend shift and holidays.
•Preferred: epitaxy system maintenance experience (E3200, E2000, or Intrepid) with atmospheric and RP process types.
