Insomniac - Seasonal Site Experience Production Coordinator 2025

Coordinate the technical, personnel, and organizational needs of the Site Experience department to support successful music festival and event productions. Partner with Site Experience leadership and project managers to onboard staff, maintain documentation, manage inventory and maintenance logs, distribute updates to stakeholders, and ensure safe, consistent operations across office and mobile equipment. Handle seasonal employee hours, payroll inquiries, travel accommodations, expense tracking, vendor setup, and day-to-day production support.
