Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret planning documents, schematics, datasheets/manuals, drawings, blueprints, and engineering sketches.
  • •Adjust, repair, or replace faulty components of ground hardware, and test and integrate equipment.
  • •Fabricate and install parts and systems for launch environments using hand tools, power tools, and test instruments.
  • •Connect and verify sensors (including pressure transducers and thermocouples) and complete wiring for electrical ground support equipment.
  • •Troubleshoot failures/issues with launch engineers and perform maintenance across vehicle integration, pad maintenance, site preventative maintenance, and general facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience designing, installing, or troubleshooting electrical control systems.
  • •Ability to work with instrumentation such as multimeters, RTDs, thermocouples, pressure transducers, and related test equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of programmable logic controller (PLC) hardware, HMI, and/or GUI.
  • •Basic knowledge of DC electronics (including Wheatstone bridge theory and applying Ohm’s law).
