Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate directly with your manager and support organization and department initiatives.
  • •Assist with legal research, preparing memos, and reviewing and interpreting legal documents.
  • •Provide support to attorneys and paralegals as needed and observe legal proceedings including court arguments, depositions, mediations, and client meetings.
  • •Work independently and within a team while providing recommendations to improve your department.
  • •Participate in all internship events and contribute professionally with energy and enthusiasm.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in a JD program at an accredited law school, preferably going into the 3L year.
  • •High School graduate.
  • •Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or legal experience such as working in a law firm or legal research.
  • •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
