Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure implementation of the dispatch plan by receiving from the dispatch planner team and stacking materials for direct loading dispatch.
  • •Maintain stock accuracy by allocating materials in proper locators, registering locations in SAP, and controlling inventory counts per cycle count policy.
  • •Control material movements (e.g., GAG, recertification, rework, paring and cramping) and maintain tally stock for assigned areas.
  • •Coordinate daily dispatch activities including truck calling, outside/inside bay control, yard storing and dispatching procedures, and final loading slip signing.
  • •Support safety and equipment readiness by running daily toolbox talks, inspecting customer loading trucks, and maintaining 5S/housekeeping culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree of a suitable major.
  • •Min 5–8 years’ experience with exposure in the steel industry.
  • •SAP/ERP and inventory/warehouse management knowledge.
  • •Inventory control and inventory accuracy skills; ability to work under pressure.
  • •ICDL and inventory management/warehouse management training (ICDL preferred).
