Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of end-to-end cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
  • •Deliver data-driven cost strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget while maximising value.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to clients on commercial, procurement, and value engineering decisions.
  • •Lead preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, and benchmarking analysis for multiple project types.
  • •Provide expert cost advice throughout design development, particularly for corporate office fit-outs, industrial facilities and residential developments.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • •Professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent) is highly preferred.
  • •10-15 years of experience in cost management / commercial roles.
  • •Proven track record delivering projects across office fit-out, industrial/textile manufacturing facilities, and residential developments (high-rise/mixed-use).
  • •Experience in a cost consultancy or client advisory environment is highly desirable.
