Key Responsibilities

•Take ownership of end-to-end cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
•Deliver data-driven cost strategies to ensure projects are completed within budget while maximising value.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients on commercial, procurement, and value engineering decisions.
•Lead preparation of feasibility studies, cost plans, and benchmarking analysis for multiple project types.
•Provide expert cost advice throughout design development, particularly for corporate office fit-outs, industrial facilities and residential developments.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, or related discipline.
•Professional accreditation (e.g. MRICS or equivalent) is highly preferred.
•10-15 years of experience in cost management / commercial roles.
•Proven track record delivering projects across office fit-out, industrial/textile manufacturing facilities, and residential developments (high-rise/mixed-use).
•Experience in a cost consultancy or client advisory environment is highly desirable.
