Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business-line Program Managers, Engineering Leaders, and Strategic Growth personnel to lead strategic initiatives and special projects that establish scalable operations across the Air Defense portfolio.
  • •Own workforce planning, including headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance, plus tooling/processes for resource allocation.
  • •Manage Air Defense facilities strategy and execution across 5+ US facilities and expanding international footprint, including space planning and seating coordination.
  • •Define and evolve Air Defense’s Confluence information architecture, driving adoption and content hygiene across stakeholders.
  • •Own operational projects end-to-end (definition through implementation) and often lead meetings and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of varied experience in consulting or finance in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or similar experiences.
  • •Experience owning headcount planning, demand/supply forecasting, or workforce modeling in a scaling organization.
  • •Experience managing multi-site facility operations, space planning, or real estate coordination.
  • •Highly analytical and skilled at solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
