Job Summary

Lead business operations for the Air Defense team by partnering with Program Managers, Engineering Leaders, and Strategic Growth to drive scalable processes and operational excellence. Manage multi-site facility strategy and execution, and define Confluence information architecture. Tackle ambiguous, high-impact operational problems end-to-end from solution to implementation across complex stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business-line Program Managers, Engineering Leaders, and Strategic Growth personnel to lead strategic initiatives and special projects that establish scalable operations across the Air Defense portfolio.
•Own workforce planning, including headcount planning, recruiting coordination with Talent Acquisition, demand/supply forecasting, and charge code governance, plus tooling/processes for resource allocation.
•Manage Air Defense facilities strategy and execution across 5+ US facilities and expanding international footprint, including space planning and seating coordination.
•Define and evolve Air Defense’s Confluence information architecture, driving adoption and content hygiene across stakeholders.
•Own operational projects end-to-end (definition through implementation) and often lead meetings and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years of varied experience in consulting or finance in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or similar experiences.
•Experience owning headcount planning, demand/supply forecasting, or workforce modeling in a scaling organization.
•Experience managing multi-site facility operations, space planning, or real estate coordination.
•Highly analytical and skilled at solving complex, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
•Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
