Key Responsibilities

•Validate next-generation AI cluster solutions by optimizing GPU cluster performance across the system stack, focusing on the RDMA fabric.
•Evaluate scalability through rigorous testing across workloads, cluster sizes/configurations, and networking technologies including RoCE.
•Develop and run benchmarking and performance profiling to establish baselines, identify bottlenecks, and generate improvement insights.
•Implement performance tuning across protocol enhancements, load balancing, and parallel processing to improve RDMA throughput, latency, and collective communications.
•Collaborate with hardware, software, and system architects, and document analysis, tuning methods, and outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors or Masters degree in electrical or computer engineering (preferred).
•Proven experience optimizing GPU cluster performance.
•Strong understanding of GPU architectures, parallel computing concepts, and network protocols.
•Experience with RDMA network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
•Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and performance analysis.
