Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and oversee delivery of project management services for major projects and programs.
  • •Ensure service excellence by managing client communications and the project management team’s service delivery.
  • •Drive strategic and operational management of project management services, including resource planning, financial management, and business generation.
  • •Lead market research on construction market conditions and produce thought leadership reports with valuable insights.
  • •Maintain quality and governance by ensuring compliance with quality standards, participating in ISO audits, and performing internal audits (including coordinating external audits and adhering to SOX controls where applicable).

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • •2+ years managing large, high-performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment.
