Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a book of corporate trust loan clients and ensure excellent client service delivery for CLOs and Leverage Finance Facilities.
  • •Create technical report specifications from indenture language and set up payment calculations in in-house systems.
  • •Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data; compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and tax reports.
  • •Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made; perform quality control on reports for timeliness and accuracy.
  • •Conduct portfolio compliance tests (trade testing), handle tax elections/EIN filings, track residual holder transfers, and participate in new client proposals and projects.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience or similar field.
  • •High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations (deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products/services).
  • •Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards/practices.
  • •Intermediate to advanced TranStar experience preferred; intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
