Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end design for Clasp Talent across recruitment and repayment platforms, from discovery through prototyping, production, and final polish.
•Design across four personas (students, recruiters, employees, and employer administrators) to ensure seamless, intentional experiences across surfaces.
•Evolve and expand the design system foundations, increasing coverage as new surfaces ship while maintaining consistency.
•Clarify and simplify complex workflows such as HRIS integration, flow-of-funds visibility, and invoice reconciliation to create calm, legible interfaces.
•Prototype and validate ideas using Figma with advanced interactions and conduct user research (usability tests, interviews, data-driven insights) to inform design decisions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product design experience with case studies showing problem framing, validation, design system development, and ship-ready outcomes.

•Ability to hold a large interconnected product ecosystem in your head and design across multiple personas with clear trade-offs.
•Fluency in Figma with components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping; ability to map designs to code and collaborate with engineers.
•Remote collaboration skills with distributed teams and willingness to travel occasionally for in-person sessions when it matters.
