Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Investigation, Processes and Loss Prevention team, providing direction to develop structured, data-driven analyses to prevent and resolve issues.
•Conduce meetings with key indicators and issues to align with corporate objectives and drive improvement.
•Standardize, implement, control, and monitor Mercado Livre’s norms and procedures across the organization.
•Monitor performance indicators, manage actions and projects, and ensure operations stay within defined parameters.
•Inspire and develop the team, establish short-, medium-, and long-term goals, and foster a collaborative, cross-functional work climate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Private Security, Engineering or related fields.
•Experience in logistics operations, process mapping and auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Knowledge of Data Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Slides; SQL, BigQuery and AI are a plus.
•Availability to work on-site in Guarulhos/SP on a 5x2 schedule and willingness to cover weekend shifts when needed.
•Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.
