Key Responsibilities

•Identify and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points and use this to define opportunities and problem statements that inform the team’s work.
•Lead and support discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover customer needs and validate opportunities.
•Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to uncover customer problems and deliver impactful solutions across multiple web and mobile platforms.
•Consider business needs, technical constraints, data, and platform requirements to produce meaningful and valuable solutions.
•Translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences that deliver customer and business value, and rapidly produce concepts and prototypes while adjusting direction as needed.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of product design experience within a consumer-focused organization with a proven track record of shipped mobile and web experiences.
•Strong understanding of product strategy and business requirements, with a focus on addressing customers’ needs and pain points.
•Experience planning and conducting research from interviews, usability tests, surveys, and integrating insights into the design process.
•Excellent communication skills to tell a story about your work to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Proficient in design, prototyping, and whiteboarding tools (such as Figma, Framer, Proto.io) and experience contributing to a design system.
