Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points and use this to define opportunities and problem statements that inform the team’s work.
  • •Lead and support discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover customer needs and validate opportunities.
  • •Collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to uncover customer problems and deliver impactful solutions across multiple web and mobile platforms.
  • •Consider business needs, technical constraints, data, and platform requirements to produce meaningful and valuable solutions.
  • •Translate opportunities into elegant, intuitive experiences that deliver customer and business value, and rapidly produce concepts and prototypes while adjusting direction as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of product design experience within a consumer-focused organization with a proven track record of shipped mobile and web experiences.
  • •Strong understanding of product strategy and business requirements, with a focus on addressing customers’ needs and pain points.
  • •Experience planning and conducting research from interviews, usability tests, surveys, and integrating insights into the design process.
  • •Excellent communication skills to tell a story about your work to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Proficient in design, prototyping, and whiteboarding tools (such as Figma, Framer, Proto.io) and experience contributing to a design system.
