Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of high-touch agents, handling questions and issues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • •Provide 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training to drive adoption of Compass technology and adjacent services.
  • •Support marketing requests by answering questions, creating collateral from templates (e.g., listing presentations and postcards), and coordinating with marketing specialists for advanced requests.
  • •Partner with the onboarding team on strategy and logistics for welcoming new customers.
  • •Act as the face of the office by welcoming guests, answering the office phone line, managing mail distribution, and escalating facilities issues as needed.

Key Requirements
