Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for Enterprise PaaS and middleware lifecycle management across Private Cloud environments.
  • •Lead major version upgrades, cluster modernization, and infrastructure refresh across development, test, and production.
  • •Own end-to-end upgrade governance, readiness, validation, rollback, and post-upgrade monitoring to minimize business disruption.
  • •Establish and maintain platform security posture, including vulnerability management, hardening, patching, compliance, and remediation partnerships with Information Security/Risk.
  • •Lead capacity planning and forecasting, and build/lead teams to optimize performance, resilience, and operational excellence while presenting platform health and risks to executives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •8+ years in Platform Engineering & Operations or SRE, leading large-scale cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation, reliability, and resilience.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms (multi-cloud preferred).
  • •Experience building end-to-end platform upgrade and fleet management automation leveraging Gen AI/Agentic AI.
  • •Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM, Ansible), plus container platforms and observability/CI-CD tooling (OpenShift/Kubernetes, Prometheus/OTEL/LOKI, Jenkins/GitHub Actions).
