Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of Okta experience, including using Okta as an enterprise identity provider.
•Strong knowledge of Okta features, integrations, and architecture, including authentication protocols such as SAML 2.0 and OAuth/SSO.
•Experience with identity management, IDaaS, provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, and SCIM/JIT/custom provisioning flows.
•Experience configuring user authentication policies, application connections, and managing MFA factors (Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, one-time passcodes, RSA tokens).
•Hands-on automation using Okta Workflows, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON payloads, and using Terraform for configuration management.
