Operations Manager- Milwaukee

Lead day-to-day operations for a BlueLinx local branch, managing a team of DOT CDL drivers, warehouse/material handling staff, and sales associates. Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations and applicable federal, state, and local laws while driving operational efficiency across inventory, logistics, expenses, and workforce planning. Improve processes, oversee hiring and performance, and partner with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver accurate, timely order fulfillment.
