Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure timely and quality delivery of project and structural engineering work in line with technical, commercial, and regulatory standards, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Lead work across design, delivery, and tender phases for multi-year/packaged turnkey projects.
  • •Work on iconic projects within a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver a range of engineering projects.
  • •Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
  • •Provide continuous improvement inputs to create more efficient workflows and support team development nationally where opportunities arise.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor to Masters’ level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of structural engineering consultancy experience in Australia within the commercial Property & Buildings market.
  • •Chartered (CPEng) status with relevant Australian registration.
  • •Eligibility to obtain Australian Defence full security clearance (only eligible to Australian Citizens).
  • •Strong design and delivery capability supported by advanced structural analysis and design software, plus experience leading complex multidisciplinary projects.
