•Understand and follow analytics outputs, including acceptance criteria and documentation for consumption.
•Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
•Help maintain workflows that support analytics delivery, including automation and AI-assisted tooling where appropriate.
•Partner with engineering, research, and product teams to surface issues and communicate resolutions.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience with SQL or Python, including direct work with raw and intermediate datasets
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
•Clear written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to automate with purpose – applying automation and AI frameworks to business problems to improve accuracy, efficiency, and productivity
•Bonus: experience in ad tech, media, or data products
