Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and analyze existing MSP schedules, identifying gaps, risks, and performing critical path analysis.
  • •Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for remaining works aligned with client leadership.
  • •Monitor progress and periodically update schedules to reflect actual status.
  • •Develop schedule reports, communicate schedule risks, and work with the construction team to mitigate delays.
  • •Lead schedule meetings with Contractors and client construction teams.
