Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mission-critical equipment to prevent downtime and keep operations running.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment readiness and reliability.
  • •Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • •Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and sustain operational tempo.
  • •Document maintenance activities, repairs, and recommendations accurately while following safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Be transitioning from the military and ready for a hands-on, technical role in an industrial environment.
  • •Ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mission-critical equipment in a fast-paced food processing environment.
  • •Experience maintaining equipment and solving technical problems (military experience may be considered in lieu of some civilian experience).
  • •Willingness to follow strict safety and quality standards while working on equipment.
  • •Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
