Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for initiatives in Testing and Reliability, integrating AI-driven automation and autonomous testing practices.
•Collaborate with product engineering teams to design developer-friendly platform capabilities based on requirements.
•Architect and implement solutions for integration, load, performance, and chaos testing, including AI-based test generation, selection, and failure analysis.
•Deliver software enabling seamless testing and operation of backend systems in cloud-native, containerized, and CI/CD environments to support shift-left and continuous delivery.
•Lead code reviews and refactoring, champion test automation and environment stability best practices, and help evolve autonomous testing.
•Research, prototype, and productionize AI/ML tools to enhance developer productivity, test coverage, and test maturity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,600 - 264,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of software development experience.
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Experience developing in AWS cloud environments using containers (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud-native technologies, and service meshes (Istio, Envoy).
•Strong design principles knowledge, including distributed systems architecture.
•Proven programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Python, and/or Go, plus expertise in automated testing strategies (including testing in production and API mocking).
