Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver and maintain governance programs, materials, tools, training, and reporting.
  • •Assess current programs, identify gaps, and recommend and implement improvements.
  • •Monitor and report compliance with VMO governance processes; identify gaps and recommend mitigations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a delivery role (e.g., BSA, Tester, Developer) or a Value Management Office (VMO) role.
  • •Proficiency with O365, including MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience with delivery management tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow PPM, or AgilePlace.
  • •Strong technical writing and ability to define and document standards, procedures, processes, and job aids.
