Job Summary

Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and education program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred, and Sales & Operations Management. Build expertise in consultative selling to identify customer financial needs and deliver solutions through a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA) and an integrated book-of-business strategy. Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team while reinforcing company values and collaborating in a “One Bank” culture, then transition into a Financial Center.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap and all program activities from day one through completion, including Consultative Selling Skills Certification
•Develop proficiency in deepening consumer and small business customer relationships and delivering a memorable customer experience
•Maintain working knowledge of products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team
•Use a consultative sales process to proactively identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions
•Learn to source, develop, coach, and lead a team and cultivate a One Bank culture that collaborates with business partners

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or 2+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment
•Ability to represent the bank in verbal and written communication
•Ability to analyze credit and financial information
•Ability to execute and coach sales activities
•S.A.F.E. Act registration through the NMLS required at time of employment
