Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to help customers understand how Databricks can solve business problems.
  • •Consult on big data architectures and implement proof of concepts for strategic projects across data engineering, data science, machine learning, and SQL analysis workflows.
  • •Collaborate with customers and product teams to develop architectures and solutions using the Databricks platform and APIs.
  • •Validate integrations with cloud services, homegrown tools, and other third-party applications.
  • •Promote and help recruit contributors for Databricks-inspired open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in data engineering, data science, technical architecture, or a similar pre-sales/consulting role.
  • •Experience building distributed data systems.
  • •Comfortable programming in and debugging Python and SQL.
  • •Experience building solutions with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • •Expertise in data engineering (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) or data science & machine learning (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
