Job Summary

Lead end-to-end technical delivery for a Hong Kong customer system transformation to CDMS, covering analysis of online and batch customer flows and delivery of customer data management solutions. Drive both Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank requirements, provide technical leadership across development, testing, migration, and production implementation, and troubleshoot complex issues. Partner with global stakeholders to apply Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe) and use automation/AI-enabled tools to improve coding, testing, and migration productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end technical delivery of the Hong Kong customer system transformation to CDMS.
•Analyse existing customer system flows across online and batch processes to identify common capabilities and simplification opportunities.
•Design, implement, and support technical solutions for customer data management in the Hong Kong market.
•Provide technical leadership across development, testing, migration, and production implementation activities; troubleshoot complex technical issues.
•Apply Agile delivery practices (Scrum, SAFe) and drive Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank requirements aligned to strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on experience leading software development and technical delivery in large-scale banking environments.
•Deep understanding of customer systems in Hong Kong.
•Solid experience with legacy/mainframe technologies including MVS, z/Series, CICS, JCL, DB2, and PROC.
•Knowledge of modern integration technologies including APIs, Spring Boot, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
•Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes in banking or financial services and understanding data-related regulatory controls.
