•Assist customers with product inquiries and locating items in a polite, friendly manner.
•Promote ongoing offers, promotions, and featured items, and refer major customer concerns to the supervisor.
•Arrange and replenish shelves and displays, ensuring products are correctly labeled with prices and barcodes.
•Monitor product expiry dates, report damaged or expired items, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the assigned section.
•Support stock receiving and checking, coordinate replenishment with the warehouse/stock team, and assist with inventory counting and verification.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Previous experience in retail, supermarket, or hypermarket operations is an advantage.
•Strong communication and customer service skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Physically fit to stand for long hours and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
