  • •At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temporary manager, large-scale cross-functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • •Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required) (active within the past 24 months).
  • •Ability to complete an assessment as part of the selection process.
  • •Satisfaction of the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
