Design and build next-generation cloud development platforms that embed AI capabilities into developer workflows. You’ll architect end-to-end developer workflows integrated with approved AI models and an MCP gateway, write structured prompts, and validate AI-generated code for security, performance, and architectural standards. Build resilient remote development environments on AWS/GCP/Azure with intelligent CI/CD frameworks, drive AI tool adoption across engineers, and maintain quality through testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect, develop, and implement core platform components for AI-augmented developer workflows integrated with approved AI models and an MCP gateway.
•Identify workflow bottlenecks and enhance AI agent capabilities by writing clear, structured prompts and providing system context.
•Critically evaluate and validate AI-generated code, designs, and documentation for security, performance, and architectural standards.
•Engineer scalable cloud infrastructure for AI agents, including remote development environments and intelligent CI/CD frameworks on AWS/GCP/Azure.
•Champion and build AI tools to help other engineers accelerate software development and issue remediation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,200 - 176,700 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience building developer tools or platforms.
•Proficiency in Java, GoLang, Python, Javascript, or TypeScript; familiarity with Bash is a plus.
•Strong experience with AWS, and/or GCP or Azure (including services like EC2 and S3).
•Strong experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, and integration with cloud development platforms.
•Understanding of developer workflows, build processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
