Senior Software Engineer, Perception

Develop and deploy vision, vision-language, and vision-language-action models for autonomous systems. You’ll design and maintain perception models, build scalable data pipelines and supervised fine-tuning workflows, and create evaluation benchmarks to find failure modes. Optimize trained models for embedded hardware using tools like ONNX and TensorRT, and translate research into reliable, production-ready capabilities through cross-functional collaboration across perception, autonomy, platform, and software teams.
