Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead workplace and facilities teams across the Middle East, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee workplace operations across offices and project site locations, including preventative maintenance programmes and ensuring facilities are safe, compliant, and operationally effective.
  • •Manage workplace strategy and space planning by supporting regional workplace strategy, analysing occupancy/utilisation data, and ensuring workplace technology and utilisation systems are maintained.
  • •Oversee office refurbishments, relocations, fit-outs, and workplace transformation initiatives in line with WSP standards.
  • •Manage vendor/contract relationships and workplace/facilities budgets, while ensuring compliance (HSE/quality/governance) and supporting sustainability, innovation, and business continuity activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in Workplace, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, Administration, or Business Operations, including leadership responsibility across multiple locations.
  • •Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams within a complex regional or multinational organisation.
  • •Strong commercial acumen managing significant operational budgets, forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor contracts.
  • •Knowledge of workplace HSE, safety, security, risk management, and business continuity requirements; experience driving sustainability initiatives and ESG principles.
